Component Identification

1. Airaid Premium Filter 1

2. Modular Intake Tube 1

3. L– Bracket 1

4. 1/4”-20x1/2” Button Head 1

5. 1/4” Flat Washer 1

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

With a 10mm wrench or deep socket, remove

the nut from the stud that holds the factory in-

take tube to the mounting bracket. Save the nut

for re-use later in the install.

2. Grab the factory intake tube just above the

fan shroud, and with a sharp lifting motion,

remove it from the air cleaner housing.

3. Remove the factory tube from the radiator

support by pulling the tube out of the grom-

mets. There are no bolts holding the tube. Re-

move the factory tube from the vehicle.

4. Unclip the two latches that hold the air

cleaner tray into the air cleaner.

5. Slide the tray out of the factory airbox and

remove the factory air cleaner.

6. Install the Airaid Premium Filter (#1) into

the factory airbox tray, slide it back in, and re-

latch the two clips.
